heyho... you can ride 24" in but without v-brake..the frame doesen't work with v-brake only brake with oil (don't know the word for it)the cranks are coulered by myself. they are wethepeople cranks. the frame has euro-bb. If I forget something or you have more questions ask for and I try to answer them ;) bye
